I gave "hope to TRY" in my first post in this thread even after I read the issue OP is facing. Please read. May be he/she didn't TRY it? Before I could get a response to it, you intervened.

I'm not working for HP, so I don't know why they are not showing it on their webpages. The information I read is from one of the HP inner circle thread where any HP Expert have access to.

You could also be HP expert by spending valuable time helping here.
