Desktop icons wont open in Windows 10. I get the dropdown-menu headed by the word "View" but the word "Open" is nowhere in it ! Please, please, help. Thanks.

I read your post about not being able to open applications from the desktop and wanted to reach out to you.
As this is an issue with your Acer laptop rather than an HP product, you will want to reach out to Acer support for this issue.
