Hello,

 

I have installed Windows 7 Professional 64bit and i cannot find the proper drivers. Usb ports and ethernet&wireless card dont work at all. The hardware IDs are :

You need these drivers in the order you posted the ID's:

 

This package provides the Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) Driver that enables the Realtek Network Interface Card (NIC) Chip in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

 

File name: sp71268.exe

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

 

File name: sp72932.exe

 

This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.

 

File name: sp71266.exe

 

You will also need this bluetooth driver for the model wireless card your PC has...

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

 

File name: sp72552.exe

 

If the usb 3 ports aren't working, you need this driver...

If you are needing the driver for a smbus controller and a PCI Simple communications controller, you need these drivers.

 

You should install the smbus controller driver first and reboot.

Okey all of the above work great! However, when i plug in the ethernet cable to my laptop, it seems that my laptop cannont identify the internet connection..it tries to connect but nothing! On the other hand, the wireless connection works properly so far.

Furthermore, there are some devices with exclamation mark in Device Manager menu and these are below :

The Intel Management Engine Interface is the driver that installs the PCI Simple Communications Controller.

 

This is what it is for...The Intel Management Engine Interface enables communication between the host operating system and the Intel Management Engine firmware. The main component of Management Engine interface, ME performs a number of tasks in conditions when the system is running or in sleep mode. It also supports several tasks during the boot process. This sub-system is required for proper functioning and maximum efficiency of the PC. The interface checks whether the system is working properly or not while communicating with the operating system of PC.

In order to install the 3D video controller, you first have to install the Intel HD graphics driver and reboot.

 

See if this one works...

 

This package provides the driver that enables the Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. If high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) video output is supported, this package also installs the HDMI Audio Driver.

Then install the nvidia graphics driver and reboot.

PCI Device:  Since the card reader driver I gave you earlier didn't work, try the none directly from Realtek.

 

First driver on the list.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to troubleshoot network connections if the driver has been successfully installed.

 

You can try the ethernet driver directly from Realtek...3rd driver on the list.

Your notebook is not supported by HP for Windows 10, so unfortunately, I have to guess what W7 drivers will work on that model.
