Keep getting a message on screen saying, enter administrator password or power on password, after 3 attempts it says, system disabled [61397006] please can you help.

It's saying that there's a problem with my hard drive now

We have been noticing that when a hard drive fails it can produce a Power-On password.

 

I was hoping that would not be the case for you.
