Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My laptop died while resetting now it won't start right. It just goes to an error black screen but I cant really tell what it TV says because my screen is cracked. I can see it tells me to press c something but thats really all I can see. Please help!!!!!!!

Hi,


It is close to impossible to troubleshoot this.

You need to see what is shown in notebook display.

And you cannot connect to external display to protect what is shown in notebook display as BIOS will not get projected.

Laptop display has to be repaired/replaced to troubleshoot.

After that, you've to do extensive hard drive and memory test from BIOS/UEFI System Diagnostics.

If everything PASSED, you've to use Recovery USB/discs to factory reset or clean install Windows 7.
