Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

You never really know what someone did with their PC, so the safest course of action is to do a factory reset on your PC.  This will erase everything that is there and return it to its original settings.

You can order the HP Recovery Media needed to do that from this page: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Stream-11-r000-Notebook-PC/8499339/model/9728732

The link is down near the bottom of the page.

When you receive that media, simply boot from it and follow the directions.

Good Luck

I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
