need help with my compaq cq58 laptop forgot administrator password, unable to download anything, no usb or reset disk for windows 7 I AM ABLE TO ACCES THROUGH A GUEST  ACCOUNT BUT DONT HAVE PERMISSION TO DO ANYTHING

I would use one of the free password recovery tools. I have used Ophcrack and OfflineNT with success:
