Hard drive is failing the short DST test

Do you have Recovery disks???

 

If not what is the exact model or product number of your laptop???

I don't know of any recovery disks, but the system number is 80c1.  I'm repairing this for someone else.

Also, according to the diagnostic, it says born on date was late August of this year.  If that's the case, then I could just tell the person to take it back to the store for a return.
