HP Envy Touchsmart m6 Sleekboo
I turn on my laptop one day to find that it shows the hp logo, screen turns black, then it completely turns off, and turns on back again only to repeat the process. I have a video i uploaded to my YouTube channel if anyone is confused with my problem. Please help. My channel is StarliAA.

I took my laptop to a repair shop and the problem is the battery is defective.

What is the full name and product number of your printer? How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?

Thanks for getting back to me. 

 

Have you replaced the battery? If not, I would run The Battery Test.

NOTE: The Battery Test checks your system to make sure the battery is functioning properly.

 

If your battery is under warranty contact HP Phone Support.

What you can do, is use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process: 
Step 1. Open link: http://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect 
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options" 
Step 4. Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number 
Case number and phone number appear.
