Product: HP ProBook 450 G2 L9A58PA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I need reinstall windows 7 Pro on HP ProBook 450 G2 L9A58PA, but I do not have product key for Windows 7. I just got   windows 8 Pro key from the machine. Does any one could please can help me?

Hi:

 

You will have to call the HP business PC support phone number and order a set of W7 recovery disks.

 

I have the number for the USA/Canada ... 1-800-334-5144

 

Have the serial number of the PC handy to give to the customer services rep.

 

Here is a 6 year old business PC phone support directory by country if you don't live in the USA/Canada.

Maybe some of the numbers are still valid.
