Hi,

 

I have been trying to update the drivers through the HP Support Assistant and they have all worked successfully except for two.

 

The two that didn't work are:

HP Notebook System BIOS Update

Intel I219LM/V Gigabit Ethernet Driver for Microsoft Windows

 

If anyone can shed any light on this matter it would be much appreciated.

Hi,

 

        Check the version of HP Support Assistant, if it is 8.3.50.9 or not. If its not, then download the latest one from the below link

 

http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=ob_180446_1

 

Once the latest HP Support Assistant is installed, check if its still asking to install BIOS & Intel I219LM/V Gigabit Ethernet Driver. 

 

You can download the latest BIOS from the below link
