It sounds like you made the mistake of entering a BIOS admin or power on poassword.
If it does not provide a system lock code after entering the wrong password three times in a row, there isn't much we can do to help you.
If you can't get past the power on password, even performing a factory recovery is not a possibility.
Contact HP for warranty service or out of warranty service.
