STEP ONE:

 

First you need to switch On the Bluetooth module in the Windows 7 system.

Double-click the HP Wireless Assistant icon which is on the task bar and looks like this Bluetooth_Icons_11.png.

 

The Bluetooth module may appear in the HP Wireless Assistant aplication with two kinds of status.

 

1. Disabled:

Press once Wireless button or switch Wireless switch to the On position.

 

When the Bluetooth status will not change, then restart system and on startup press F10 key to enter BIOS.

 

Go to:

 

System Configuration -> Built-In Device Options -> Enable/disable embedded Bluetooth® device radio

 

Change the ' disable ' status to ' enable  'and remember to save this setting by pressing F10 key (Save and Exit).

 

Note:

Not every model have option to disable / enable Bluetooth in Bios.

 

2. Off:

Click the ' Turn On ' button.

 

 

 

STEP TWO:

 

Windows 7 will start installation of built-in the system Bluetooth drivers.

If you will click theBluetooth_Icons_09.pngicon then you will see what kind of drivers are installing now in system.

Notfication that the installation finished with success and the Bluetooth icon appears Bluetooth_Icons_07.pngon the task bar.

If you will click thisBluetooth_Icons_10.pngicon then you will see, what was installed in system.

STEP THREE:

 

Start installing the driver for the HP Bluetooth Module which is required for correct operation of this device by double clicking the SP54245 file.

 

Click ' Next '.

Select " I accept the terms in the license agreement " and choose ' Next '.

Click ' Next '.

At this moment begins unpacking of the driver which is needed for installation.

Begins installation of the driver and software for the HP Bluetooth module.

Installation finished with success.

If you will click thisBluetooth_Icons_10.png icon then you will see what was installed in system.

Click ' Finish ' and restart system.
