I forgot administrative password

forgot administrative password on a HP 2000 notebook PC screen is black with a blue box that says system disabled

Thank you it works now won't boot up got a black screen after a couple of seconds a white square flash left upper corner and then goes back to hp screen what can I do

Go into the BIOS "At boot tap F10" and run the HDD test.

This happens allot when a HDD fails.
