Thank you so much.....It finally took and I removed the passwords in BIOS. Now it keeps rebooting so I'm thinking that I'll need to restore the netbook.  Thanks again.

I Have the same problem pls help me..  password check failed fatal error... system halted.

Code : CNU9237Q0M - i dont if the second to the last is zero 0 or letter O...
