Pavilion g6-1085ei

I had downloaded g6 sound drivers and updated my hp system. It started  freezing and I had to do a system restore.

I restored the system to a date in 2015 and I forgot the old password.

Local account:

You need to reinstall the operating system to reset the password on your computer.

 

Follow steps in the below steps to reinstall windows on your computer.
