Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
I read your post about problems resetting and wanted to help -- but need more information.
You mention running Win10, but we need to know if your notebook came preinstalled with Win10, or if you did the Win10 Upgrade.
And, if the Upgrade, we need to know the version of the prior OS (i.e., Win7, Win8x).
We can proceed once you provide the information.
