Hi! @valleygirl32, Welcome to HP forums.

 

I understand that you are unable to boot into your PC and it is asking for power on password.

 

A "Power On" password is a password set in BIOS to make sure no one enters into Windows or BIOS without your permission. Every time you power on your PC it will prompt for the password, If you have lost your power on password, you may have to reset your BIOS by removing your onboard battery. 

 

HP does not have the power on password since this password was set by yourself.

 

You have to contact HP and get the service options.

Can you help me too?

When I turn on my computer I get a blue box that says enter administrator password or power on password. After 3 attempts I get a different code 67667893.
