I need help my computer has a black screen and the only thing that says is " hard disk not found , please install and operating System on your hard disk "

this meen that your harddisk is dead or your OS is missing.

 

What you laptop is ? Whitch OS you had on laptop? Windows 7 ? Windows 8 ? Windows 10 ?

I don't remember but the name of the computer is hp ENVY 360 ohh and " boot device not found please install an operating system on your hard disk" that is what it say correctly
