My finger print login was working but i had to do a recovery do to it was not working right and now I can't use it at all

As I understand the fingerprint reader doesn't work,

 

Don’t worry as I have a few steps to help you out,

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

 

What is the product number of this computer? (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

What is the Operating System installed on the PC?

 

In the meantime, let's try these steps here:
