Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Blue screen. Says

Recovery
Your PC/device needs to get repaired.
The application or operation system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors.

File: \WINDOWS\system32\winload.efi
Error code: 0x0000225

You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device) contact your PC administrator or PC/device manufacturer

Press enter to try again
Press f8 for startup
Press esc for UEFI firmware settings
Press f9 to use a different operating system

Now no matter what I do here, nothing works. I've done the test & everything. I do not have any tool to use. No disc no nothing. So I don't know what to do. The thing was perfectly fine earlier today. Then when I opened it up this came up. Nobody touched it. Please help me.

When requesting assistance, please provide the complete model name and product number (p/n) of the HP computer in question. HP/Compaq makes thousands of models of computers. Without this information it may be difficult or impossible to assist you in resolving your issue.

 

The above requested information can be found on the bottom of your computer, inside the battery compartment or on the startup BIOS screen. Please see How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? for more assistance locating this information. DO NOT include your serial number.
