 How can i fix this so it doesnt happen again? I was hacked and trying to get everything fixed. Dont really know what im doing but trying to fix it.  I appreciate your help.

Sorry to bother you but you helped me the other day . maybe you can help me now. I have a hacker he has embedded code unto my bioas i try to delete everything it comes back.  I pulled a file from the tiny box next to the administration x i cant delete the code. He is in both my computers all social media and phones. Please help if you can .
