Samuel,

Is it Windows updates or HP driver updates?

Microsoft has made it impossible to disable automatic updates.

Nevertheless please follow Option 3, 4, 5 if it is Windows updates: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/8013-windows-update-automatic-updates-enable-disable-windows-10-...

Also do a cleanup to save space on hard drive, this is safe: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3012-disk-cleanup-open-use-windows-10-a.html
