HP Recommended

Hi has anyone been able to get this working without using the recovery media?

 

I have the same issue where the Windows installer does not detect the hard disk. I have pointed it to both the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver and Intel Rapid Start Technology Driver (driver files copied to USB disk) but it gives the error 'No new devices could be found'.

 

I have also installed the HP UEFI support environment onto a USB disk, and the diagnostics detect both the SSD and the hard drive but it doesn't give me any options to resolve this.
