hp notebook 17
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

I recently purchased this hp notebook with windows 10. I bought a book to help me get started. The book continues to show a desktop background that appears to be the windows shadow, cool. My desktop is a picture of a snow covered mountain.

I would love to get it back to the original desktop? Anybody have an idea?

TY,

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

The desktop background is something known as "wallpaper" and that is set by right-clicking on the desktop and choosing Personalization.  There, at the bottom of that window, you will see where to selectthe Destktop Background.

Good Luck
