HP2000 Notebook PC

My original operating system was windows 8 and now i have the ree upgrade to windows 10 when i restore  my laptop to actory settings do i consider my laptops operating sysytem as 8 or 10?

Hi Diane, 

 

If you run an HP Recovery, your PC will return to Windows 8.  You will need to install Windows 10 again if wanted.

 

If you don't want to go back to Windows 8, you might try the push button reset first.
