Hi:

You need this driver...Manually install it if the auto install doesn't work.

http://h20565.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=4210069&swItemId=vc_85050_1&swEnvOid=4059

You can see from the partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file that the ID you posted is supported by this driver.

; Drivers
;----------------------------------------------------------
[Manufacturer]
%Intel%=Intel, NTamd64

[Intel.NTamd64]
%SRL_DeviceDesc% =  ComPort,  "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2E07&CC_0700"
%SRL_DeviceDesc% =  ComPort,  "PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2E17&CC_0700"

Hi there

Thanks for you reply. Unfortunately that did not work. Got an error "This computer did not meet the requirements to install the software"

Thanks

If the device supports Windows 8.1, possibly the tool is detected by Intel® Driver Update Utility

Sorry Intel update utility did not auto detect any drivers. And yes the device has Windows 8.1 64bit installed.

I do not know if there is way to install it manually, just have officially supports up Windwos 8.
