I just got this laptop for Christmas, and it had an awesome HP toolbar with bing search and things like latest news, health, weather, etc. I got on today to find said toolbar missing. I don't recall ever removing it, so where could it have gone?

I have no toolbars on my 2000-41NR Notebook PC.  They use to be at a dropdown menu but there is nothing there anymore,  How can I get them back.
