      Hi

I wonder if anyone could help with my problem. I am elderly and not very tech savvy. It is something that has only recently  occured. For some reason when I am sending an E-mail and then I click on 'to' instead of opening up my contacts so that I can choose the recipient I am getting the following box:-

 

'Add contents to message' at the top then below this 3 headings as folows

 

Contacts/Groups/Search     and then below this

 

Group   (all contents)

 

There may be a simple explanation for this but I cannot get my contact list to show up as it has always previously done.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

  • I would like to know what application you are using to send emails (MS outlook, Windows mail or any other application)
  • What is the email address you are using? (Send this information in a private message)
