Re: Recovery bios password

Dryski are you using a "QWERTY" keyboard???

This is the first time that a generated code did not work???

Go to this site.

http://dogber1.blogspot.com/2009/05/table-of-reverse-engineered-bios.html

1. For HP Mini look for Hewlett-Packard/Compaq Netbooks 10 characters click on Windows binary.

2. For 5 digits look for Hewlett-Packard 5 decimal click on Windows Binary.

3. For 8 digits look for Insyde H20 8 decimal click on Windows Binary.

Download then run.

Please help others.

Re: Recovery bios password

Well, it used to be a QWERTY board, but I did remove it to disconnect the clock battery and in reconnecting it it is possible that...............................  I can't test it now.  But each key leaves a space on the screen and the return key leaves a star.
