Resetting window 10 stuck since yesterday

i upgraded my HP ProBook 6560b about two month now to window 10, but since then my PC has been unstable, it closes any window or any folder open. whatever i open it will quickly blink and every gadget on the screen disappear. So i decided to reset it. The reset started 1:00pm yesterday and i left it but till this moment, 23 hours, it is still booting without showing how many percentage. Please i desperately need your kind help. Thank you.

Wish I had good news for you, but I don't.

The Win10 Upgrade is know, in some cases, to corrupt the Recovery partition stored there by the OEM that built the original machine. This pretty much guarantees that no HP Recovery is going to work: HP Recovery Manager Blocked After Windows 10 Upgrade - HP Support Forum - 5170752

If you want Win10 back working, the ONLY recourse you have at this point is to use this link to create new Win10 install media, boot from that, and reinstall Win10 from scratch:  Installing Windows 10 using the media creation tool - Windows Help

If you want to factory reset your PC to its original OS, what you need is something known as HP Recovery Media.

This is a set of DVDs and a CD, or USB stick, that will erase the hard drive (removing all data, settings, and applications, reinstall the original OS, drivers, and some HP Utilities. In some cases, you may be able to order a USB stick instead of disks.  You have to order these from HP; they can not be downloaded.

You can look online for Recovery Media starting with the linked paged: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

Once there, input your Product name or number. On your Software and Drivers Download page, select your Operating System and and Version. Click "Update".  If HP Recovery Media is available for your machine, down near the bottom of the page, you will see an entry for Order Recovery Media-CD/DVD/USB. Click the "+" symbol to expand that entry and click on Order Media for details.
