HP support assistant informs: BIOS should be upgraded, but nothing has been done during the night.
I tried to upgrade it manually, but unsuccessfully.
Should I despite everything upgrade it or let it be? :))
If yes, give me ftp link, pls.
PS. HP support assistant doesn't recognize Bluetooth and Intel MEI: I had to install them manually.

You should only install a BIOS update if it provides a fix for a specific issue you may be having or if it adds a feature you need. If it does neither of these, it is best not to install the update.
