So I've just decided to reset my HP Envy 15, and I didn't realise how long it was going to take. Is it possible to take the laptop out from charge for the space of around 2 minutes to move position? (I.e. To a different plug?)

While I probably would not risk it- IF your battery is in good condition and you know it will power the notebook for the time it takes to relocate..proceed at your own risk. Keep in mind that if this fails and you do not have Recovery Media to boot from to restart recovery it will probably require ordering from HP to get back up and running.

Ok, thank you! I proceeded with caution and unplugged the laptop for around 2 minutes. It worked and was left to recover back itself! Thank you for the quick reply!
