Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm not even sure if this is an HP question or not.

I was looking at my Local disc (C drive)  and noticed some files that didn't seem to belong anywhere. All appeared at the same time and date. I can't find any information and thought someone here might know something. Below are 3 of 8 files total.
