It's not clear what Operating System is running on the systems that have these unknown devices but assuming it is Win8 :

To determine if your specific system is one of those that HP has tested With Windows 8 and to download the instructions guiding you through an upgrade please go here  and enter your Product Number

If your system returns as not tested then HP will not have drivers available, but you may stoll try to use Windows Update to see if drivers are available for your system there.

The below HW ID's are Realtek Card Reader. The driver may be different depending on the system so check the support page for your system to get the right one - or run Windows Update and see if it will install from there.

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5209&SUBSYS_1670103C&REV_01

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5229&SUBSYS_184A103C&REV_01

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5229&SUBSYS_183E103C&REV_01

The below HW ID is for the Intel Management Engine Interface

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C14&SUBSYS_1670103C&REV_B5\3&11583659&0&E2

The below HW ID is for the Realtek LAN card
