AS we have properly understood your issue we are goiing to provide you some steps please folllow these:

Does your Virtual Box work under WIndows 10?

You can install the Hyper-V and use it instead.  It may not have all the features of virtual box ( I have never used virtual box ) but I use Hyper-V to install my test operating systems.

I do not have one of the newer processors on my desktop so I am missing SLAT but you should be able to check all the Hyper-V boxes.  You will have to restart WIndows 10 afterwards and you should see a new Hyper-V in the start menu after the re-boot.
