So basically I reset my computer to factory settings and I left It alone for a day I turn it on and it brings up the logo and loads and it starts to restart over and over in a never ending loop 

 

PLEASE HELP

Thank you for sharing the issue details. I would like to help you.

 

Have you performed reset using HP Recovery media or from the partition on the PC hard drive?

 

If it was done through HP Recovery Media, disconnect the drive and restart the PC.

If it is from the partition the try the steps from the link and check if that solve the issue.
