What am I doing wrong?  I'm trying to download the OS recovery file to a 8GB flashdrive for my HP Chromebook 14-q049wm WWAN 4G (hardware class FALCO C2B-D6Q-H9U). The page loads fine, but nothing downloads. It just sits there.  Any sugestions?

After doing some more searching I decided to download the recovery file from my Mac.  One of the reports I read said "if you can't find the exact match, use the one that is the closest match".  Plugged in my flash drive and went to work.  Once the process was complete I held my breath and tried it out.  It worked out just fine.  Everything is back as if nothing happened. All is right with the world (for now). :LaughingTears:
