I would like to Share something with yours, if you have sujjesion pleas let me know, the matter is i already enquire about wifi problems solution for my new laptop before month, then i got some valuable reply and also i did everything but i did not get result ( means problem has not solve yet ). after i submit the service center then they informed me there is a "W-LAN" card problem ( Reminding - it is new laptop right now it is 2 month old only ). I contact the shop dealer i inform them which you are give to me it is defective piece ( complaint since when i bought at same time ). but they told me the Hp Product have some like issues so we cant help you, and also its 2 month old. but i checked in google there has mention if users found any company defect with in 3 months HP will replace the product, that also i inform the dealer , but they saying we dont know about this if you want we will service ( we will repair and replace W-lan card ). So Any chance to get New Laptop Because You can Check Post about Wifi Issue It hasbeen posted from my laptop billing date. If any chance to replacing Laptop Please Help me ...............................

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
