help need for dual boot

hello,

i bought hp ay005tx 3months ago it was preinstalled with win 10 64 bit but now some drivers are not supporting on win 10 and i want to install windows 7 i have already bought but when im trying to install it says"windows 7 cannot be installed to this hard disk dynamic" i dont want to format win 10 i want to install win 7 along with win 10 

any solution?

Thank you for posting in the HP Support forum.

Note that dual boot is recommened with first legacy  Windows, then newer Windows.

In your case you want to perform first new, then legacy. Note, that what you want is not a standard config and you may have issues.

Please explain.  A brand-new computer should come with all the necessary device-drivers pre-installed.

Using the "reset my PC" option within Windows 10 should load all the necessary device-drivers.

Using the boot-time "System Recovery" option should load all the necessary device-drivers.

So, which device-drivers are "missing" or "not installed", and which devices are listed as "unknown hardware" ?

Second, given that your brand-new notebook computer was "designed for Windows 10", trying to install Windows 7 (vintage 2001) is likely create problems, because Windows 7 probably will not support any hardware that was "unknown" as of 2001.
