i am using hp20013tu running on windows 10 64-bit without issues except low ram 2gb. please refer me how much amount of ram maximum i can insert on my additional slot

Please see the Compaq Presario CQ58 and HP 2000 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide for information on maximum RAM, memory specs and replacement proceedure.

 

Based on the MSG, it appears that your computer supports up to 8GB in the following configurations;

8192-MB (4096-MB×2)
6144-MB (4096-MB+2048×1)
4086-MB (4096-MB×1 or 2048×2)
2048-MB (2048×1)

 

DDR3/1333-MHz dual-channel support / (DDR3, PC3-12800/1600-MHz downgrade to DDR3-1333) SODIMM

I did not find a match for model hp 2000-2313tu. Can you provide the product number?
