Hi,


Did you troubleshoot to see if it is the problem with SD card slot itself?

Download, save and install this driver:
http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/HP-15-Notebook-PC-series/10862300/model/11...

Do hardware tests from BIOS/UEFI by tapping F2 key as soon as you power on laptop.

  • i have also one problem is that,

when i connect the internet to the pc through wifi or erthnet, then internet not work on update of my pc

it work only in browser . 

why this happen ?

yes i mean my win 10 aniversary update is 70% downloaded and stuck at 70% i chaked the speed of internet while downloading win 10 upadae it show 0kbps but when i open the browser it show the speed 3-5 mbps.

i mean internet not work on update but when i use browser it work properly.

It is not an issue with the HP machine rather a Microsoft issue more specifically Windows update issue.
