Hello @surajsugam, Greetings!
Thank you for reaching out. I came across your post and would like to help 🙂
I understand you need to buy a recovery cd for your laptop. I am afraid we do not have the option to purchase it online. You need to contact HP tech support to buy the recovery CD.
You can visit http://hp.care/2cpTu5h and fill in your details to get the HP tech support phone number.
Let me know if you need any further assistance!
Cheers 🙂

Hello @surajsugam, Thank you for the reply.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post serial numbers and case details.
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, please visit http://hp.care/2cyjiuD to get more information.
