I just got my new chromebook. i signed into my google account, but when it synced my preferences and opened the window it says something like "not shut down properly, restore" then it loops back and forth, signing me out automatically. so i sign in and try to click everything or anything, including the "restore" tab, but same thing-- it signs me out and [repeat].

i did get a message in another device saying someone tried to log in in another device, to confirm if it was me, so i did. but the same problem persists. help.

thanks
