Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I started to restore my Notebook to its original factory setting, by mistake I cancel the recovery and now I can't restart due to:

 

Bootmgr is missing - Press ctrl+alt+del to restart"

I've the system recovery disks and after downloading the files it stop and get the following error:

 

"Runtime error!

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unsual way.

please contact the applications support team for for information.

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
