My laptop has all updates but store app doesn't work. the error code is 1

Hello,
Thank you for posting in the HP Support forum. Welcome !
Go to Control Panel >> Region
Change your Region to United States of America (USA).
Set your language to USA English.
Save the changes.
Ensure your time/clock is correct and that timezone is also correct.
Reset the Windows Store cache. Here is how to >> http://www.thewindowsclub.com/reset-windows-store-cache
Restart your PC, ensure active Internet connection and try again to start it.
