I have Windows 10.  I'm unable to access any of my WORD programs.  I receive an error message that states:  Background installation ran into a problem".  I'm unable to uninstall WORD and reload.

Are you referring to Microsoft word? If yes, you need to uninstall Microsoft office on your computer.

I have Office Pro and would like to be able to use it.  But I'm unable to uninstall WORD.     And WORD is not working.......How can I fix this?
