The system (hard disk) was reformatted and a unlicensed copy of Window 7 was re-installed.
The system is working with a note that I am working on a "pirated copy".
How can I download and reinstall the "pre-installed" window?

I found no indication on the Website support pages for this computer that the system came installed with Windows 7.
There are Drivers for Vista 32bit on the Website Support Driver Page
System Specifications indicate the system was originally installed with Vista.
Recovery Kit is available for Vista 32bit from this vendor:
Computer Surgeons - Recovery Kit 5092-5943 For HP Model Number a6000n
If you have the original product license key for Windows 7, you can get the ISO from Microsoft:
Download Windows 7 Disc Images (ISO Files)
No key?
Assuming you can find it, you might invest in a retail copy of Windows 7 which will include the necessary license / key for the OS.
