my problum is not solve by hp
recovery is not complete show eror on screen "recovery attmpet has failed slect one of the flowings buttons" so pls help me

Details. Most likely it is hard drive problem. When you reboot see if you can get into the diagnostics (F2 as you power up) and run a full hardware test loop.
