When I power up my computer it goes to a screen that prompts me that my battery is bad and to press "enter" to continue.  It then takes me to a blue screen but doesnt display my icons, only the mouse arrow. Won't do anything beyond that.  Ran the "startup test", the "run  test" and "hard Disk Test and all failed.  The only solution offered at this time is to go to  www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup.  Did that, now what?

 

Thanks in advance for any suggestions as to what to do next.
